Dr. Thompson overtightened my braces and killed my front tooth! I AM STILL DEVASTATED! Because it's my front tooth, I am extremely self-conscious of it! I am an older adult and had heard good things about this doctor, (good Christian man, involved in the community), but he was HORRIBLE to me! As soon as he realized what he did, he took my braces off that day, and wrote me a check for the $800 I initially put down to have this done. All I requested he do, in order to make things right, was pay for the Invisiline Braces and agree to have it fixed later in life with a permanent dental implant- AFTER ALL HE KILLED MY FRONT TOOTH AND SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLETION OF MY DENTAL CARE! I have to live with this for the rest of my life! He refused to do anything more. I'm so broken-hearted over this! I love my teeth and wanted them to be fixed! "Good Christian man and professional,"- RIGHT! I have suffered for years with this neglect! Wish he'd chosen to do the right thing instead of being a coward! STAY AWAY!
