I had braces twice before but my teeth moved again and my bite did not feel right. I then completed Invisalign with Dr. Doung and he corrected the problem. He was nice, always answered my questions, very honest and professional. He didn't rush when I had concerns. The cost was about $6000 but my insurance covered about $2000 so the rest they let me pay over time. I would do it over again with him and his office. I went to other dentists and some were cheaper but I did not get a feeling that they could fix my bite problem.
About Front Desk: They're pretty flexible with times and offer late appointments so that helped since I work in the daytimes. Once I cancelled last minute so it was a bit harder to get a make up appointment but otherwise they are good with taking care of scheduling. Insurance was all taken care of by them so that was good. All I had to provide was information that they needed. After we started, I was put on a monthly plan and they just automatically took the money from my bank for the monthly payments. Overall nice and easy process
