Dr. Herman is very nice and personable. He goes through each step of the procedure so that you are comfortable. Dr. Herman failed to prescribe any pain medication and suggested asprin or ibuprofen as a substitute. After 1 day of dire pain he was kind enough to prescribe Loritab, a strong asprin which only made me sick and did not tough the pain. After 3 days of no sleep and complete agony, I called back and was advised that the filling he put in was not put in correctly and that is what is causing my paid. They offered 1 appointment time to be seen today but I have a prior work engagement and they did not offer anything else until tomorrow if I could not make the one slot they had open. They were not willing to make an exception to fit me in as an emergency or anything. They would not even prescribe a medication that would help with the pain. I was treated like a person who was searching for their next high instead of a patient that is sufferring to no end due to the state Dr. Herman left me in. After this procedure is completed, I will NEVER return to this doctor. By the way, they make you pay $575 up front and do not tell you that until you are on your way out the door. Half a procedure warranted full pay for trmt??
About Front Desk: Rude. This is the person that was unwilling to see me today without me fitting into 1 appointment time. They don't seem to care that people work and have other obligations and were completely unwilling to work with your scheudule.
