I have written very few online reviews, but I feel it is important to do this one. When I went to see Dr. Papageorgiou for the first time I was an absolute mess. I had just come from a very bad experience from my previous dentist. By the time I was sitting in the chair telling her what had happened and trying to figure out what to do next to save my teeth I was literally in tears.
Unfortunately, I was not her first patient to come in like this. As there are great dentists out there like Dr. Papageorgiou there are others that are not. That is why I am writing this review to let people know that there are good choices and physicians that really care out there.
From the time she started treating me she gave me a sense of calm, and a reassurance that this could be treated and I would not lose 4 of my teeth. She didn't sugar coat it, she just told me like it was but said it can be fixed if I did what I needed to do. I started my treatment plan in January 2011 with 3 great Doctors (dentist, periodontist and orthodontist) that worked as a team to save my teeth. Since that time I have had laser surgery, gum surgery, braces, bonding, cavities filled, just about everything!
Now ALL my gums and teeth are healthy strong, white and straight and I woudn't be so happy now without the calm and experience of Dr. Papageorgiou that helped me through this process.
