I was a patient at International Place Dentistry for about 40 years when Dr Change bought the practice.
I had about $4000.00 paid in advance for extensive implant and bridge work under the previous owner of the practice.
Dr Chang has refused to honor that prepaid money which was the last of my savings.
I have a number of missing teeth and now have no hope of getting my mouth functional .
They did not notify me until I called the day before to check on the time of an appointment I had set up for the implant surgery that they were not honoring my advance payment and this after having several evaluations and consultations to decide on the treatment.
I would advise caution in dealing with this practice .
Note that I worked for Tufts Dental for some 21 years and know quite a bit about dentistry and how I was treated is shabby beyond anything I've ever heard in the profession.
Even the tax attorney for the practice was cheated out of considerably more than the $4000.00 I lost .
About Front Desk: I had to complain to the office manager about the incompetence of the desk staff soon after Dr Change bought the practice . They got dates wrong, sent three notifications of the same appointment by phone and e-mail and just seemed like it was their first day on the job.
