I am an adult who had an extreme open bite, painful TMJ, problems chewing, and significant deterioration of my jaw joints. My treatment plan included splints, braces and double jaw surgery. Dr. Ghazinouri took over my orthodontic treatment just prior to surgery. She has been enthusiastic, supportive and most importantly intelligent and skilled in devising an orthodontic treatment plan for my individual situation. I am grateful for her persistence and genuine interest in providing me with the best possible outcome. We are still tweaking, but I can chew, bite and smile like never before in 55 years! People compliment me all the time on my smile :-) Thank You Dr. G.

About Front Desk: The front desk and technical staff are exceptional: prompt, professional, friendly, upbeat, on top of things and willing to go the extra mile to coordinate with other medical offices. What else could you want? I truly can't say enough positive things about them....never a negative experience in 5+ years. Thank you Mary & Patty.

At the age of 64 my dentist told me I needed braces. Well, he didn’t quite put it that way, but what he did say was in order to have needed restorative dental work done, I would first have to see an orthodontist to correct my overbite, that had gotten much worse over the years. And that meant braces. My dentist recommended Orthodontics of Melrose and without reservation, I would recommend Dr. Ghazinouri and her entire staff to anyone of any age requiring Orthodontic work. Dr.Ghazinouri is highly competent, caring professional and has been great explaining things to me every step of the way. (I suspect that I ask a lot more questions that your average 14 year old!) Being 64 and having braces hasn’t been nearly as traumatic as I thought it would be. And I’ve been able to bond with my friends children and grandchildren that also have braces!

About Front Desk: Her staff have all been wonderful to work with and clearly work very well as a team. To my amazement, I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen.

Dr. Ghazinouri is very professional, knowledgeable, and has great chair-side manners. I've seen several orthodontists, and Dr. Ghazinouri's level of expertise and attention to detail is unparalleled. I had braces starting when I was 22, several jaw surgeries, and got my braces off when I was 24. Dr. Ghazinouri and the entire staff have been unbelievable throughout the entire process, and the treatment was a complete success. I would definitely recommend this orthodontist to others.

I selected Dr Ghazinouri as my orthodontist after meeting with several other dental groups. From the outset and throughout my treatment she took the time to personally explain the process of re-straightening my teeth and what I could expect. As a huge bonus, she helped coordinate all of the additional dental care I needed to have done with other dental specialists. All of my work is now completed and I continue to follow up with her for checkups. My teeth look amazing and I am so glad I chose Dr. Ghazinouri as my orthodontist. The process was done slowly so that it was not painful after adjustments were made. At each visit, Dr. Ghazinouri explains what she is doing and answers questions/concerns thoroughly. Dr. Ghazinouri is very professional, pleasant and a true artist. I highly recommend her to anyone needing orthodontic care.

About Front Desk: I was so apprehensive when I made the decision to have braces as an adult again. However, Dr. Ghazinouri and her staff were very kind, accommodating and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. I felt the cost of my treatment was very reasonable when compared to other orthodontists in the area and considering the extent of my problems (bruxism, completely misaligned bite and gum recession). Since I didn't have insurance they set up a montlhy payment plan for me. Scheduling was always easy and the staff sends reminders via email and/or phone. Ripsy, at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Ghazinouri's assistants, Alex and Member, are friendly and professional.

she is great dentist. She explains the problems very well. She is very flexible with her appointments. The billing process was very easy to follow.

About Front Desk: The staff at front desk is very friendly. Always so cheerful & responsive. It's easy to make an appointments with them.

They are usually very quick in and out and on time appointments. The hygienist Mary, receptionist Patty, and financial coordinator Susan are wonderful and are always very nice with a smile on their face. They are really great and very understanding with the kids. I would reccomend Orthondontics of Melrose if you are looking for a place where you know you and your children will be comfortable and listened to.

About Front Desk: Both the recpetionist and the financial coordinator always get back to you right away if you call and are really great about working with your schedule and needs for sceduling appointments and paying for the services. You know they really care and are very personable because they are great about working with each person and case individually. Thank you Patty and Susan for being so great and really brightening the office and making it a better place!
