terrible experience. She did a really poor job on my veneer repair. Keeps wanting to sell for high price items.

The office has always run smooth, recently there is a new secretary at the front desk that has been very aggressive multiple times r/t the co-pays and balances due. I have been apologized to by other staff members overhearing the woman go at me as if i was a financial delinquent for lack of bill pay. The bill unpaid hadn't even been delivered in the mail yet. The first and last person now seen is very unpleasant and that's to bad because the rest of the staff is great.
