Get a second opinion. I was told my young daughter had a lot of cavities in baby teeth and instead of getting second opinion I foolishly filled them. I was told I should fill all of them. Hindsight, very foolish, I should have gotten second opinion. Not one tooth was opted out of. After going to another dentist later on, I found they look at cavity and don't recommend a filling for every tooth. Now those teeth are all gone and I spent hundreds and hundreds (with no insurance) filling baby teeth. Stupid on my part. One other post said a woman told her dd had cavity, got second opinion and there was no cavity.
