To say that my experience at Dr. Moss's office has met or exceeded my expectations during each visit would be an understatement! I wont single out any individual because the staff as a whole is terrific! I highly recommend this office to anyone who is in search of a new dental office!

I've been a patient of Dr. Moss' for a little over a year. I recently had a cavity filled and was so pleased with the experience (or as pleased as one can be with a cavity at the dentist) that I felt compelled to write a review singing Dr. Moss' praises. His staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and Dr. Moss made the procedure virtually painless. He show me a level of attention I have never had with any of my previous dentists or physicians. Thanks Dr. Moss, for making a day at the dentist quite enjoyable.
About Hygienist: Linda Zack (Hygienist) - most lovable person on earth and a whiz at cleaning teeth!

I must say that I was horrified to read some of the reviews on this site. My assumption is that someone has an axe to grind. I would advise anyone needing dental work to see Dr. Moss or any of his staff for that matter. He does have an older office but in the end all that mattered to me was competent work and honest professionalism. I have never received anything less at this office. I find some of the claims posted to this site absurd and insulting to me personally. My Hygienist Linda, Dr. Moss and my surgeon Dr. Urban have all been wonderful, informative and caring. My insurance has always been explained to me. I receive a bill promptly that is correct and I am always notified of pending appointments. I love this office. On my most recent visit they have started renovations that are a significant improvement and I cannot wait for my four month appointment. Over the last seven years Dr. Moss has seen me twice on weekends, arriving at the office to treat my dental emergencies, both times inconveniencing himself to help me. Who does that anymore? Really - please go to the office and experience the positive energy and an office that treats you like a human and not chum to make money off your insurance. You will not regret it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Darel Moss for 31 years. He has successfully maintenanced my mouth for many years and above all else has shown me kindness and respect. Recently, I have undergone some physical changes which required me to finally do the extensive dental work I have been recommended to do for some time. He did implants and a full restoration of my upper teeth. I cannot tell you how relieved and happy I am. His attention to detail was magnificent and my comfort level and understanding always came first during the process. I have for many years given my personal support to Dr. Moss in my work place and with my family and friends but my last experience made it necessary for me to outwardly share his true excellence and caring. Please do oyurselves a favor and see this man. He is a great dentist and an even better human being.
