Dr. CANDI is GREAT, as well as her hygienist Melissa, and staff. Love this dental office!

Another wonderful experience at Ridgeview Dental! Dr. Candi and her staff is superb. They always brighten my day...and my smile!

This place is ripping people off and overcharging! my wife was told she had 5 cavities that needed fillings. We got a 2nd option and found out she had none. zero cavities! Not only were they going to charge our insurance company thousands of dollars, our out of pocket expense would have been well over a thousand. Not only are they ripping their customers off they are literally committing Fraud! They quoted us $480 for 1 extraction and the other dentist charged $200. If you are looking to get lied to, overcharged and ripped off this is the dentist for you!

I found Dr. Candi to be very likable, and would recommend her office for any cleanings that need to be done because they do a fantastic job but when it comes to fillings I would not recommend her. I still have pain and cannot eat on the side she replaced 3 old fillings. I went back for numerous bite adjustments and it still didn't fix the problem. Never ran into this problem with a dentist before. Also, I have a great insurance plan that covers 80% and still had to pay about $330 out of pocket

Very expensive, Fillings hurting for months said nothing she can do. went to another DDS and had replaced now no pain.

I have been a patient for two years. She must have people problem skills because every time I come there a new person is running the front and is clueless as the last. On my last visit I observed the doctor openly an in derogatory nature belittle patients who were calling and inquiring on billing problems. The current front office person and the doctor were openly discussing and joking about past due accounts. Needless to say I am no longer a patient.

The dental hygientist is one of the best. If you want your teeth really cleaned go to Ridgeview Dental. The front desk is nice and the office is very conveinent.

This office is great if you want to be treated like a three year old. The assistant talks like one and will even hold your hand in the bathroom if you need her too. Dr. Filbrandt seems to be a good dentist, however the office policy is very strict. Like I said, they think you are a toddler. There is probably good reason though. There isn't enough to say about the hygienist. She is so cheerful and pleasent as is the front office gal. She always has a smile and knows you by name when you step in. She goes above in finding out all information to maximize my insurance. Overall average, just don't ever miss an appointment. Even if you are in the hospital, it doesn't matter. You better show up!
