Dr. Pagonis extracted two molars on February 1, 2018. He gave me nothing for pain! I made an appointment because my face + mouth swelled so bad I could not eat or sleep the pain was that bad! I had an appoint for 11AM! I waited for almost two hours....people that came in after me were seen and I was never seen by Dr. Pagonis. It was obvious to me + my brother, Salvatore, who has been with me for every appointment, that he did not want to see me because I have Medicaid. My mouth is still swollen!!! I got no call back from Dr. Pagonis. Emergency dentist Franklin Rossi Chueiri Prescribed antibioctic but I wanted to see him but he never called back. If you want to SUFFER go see Dr. Pagonis!!!!
About Front Desk: Staff was helpful but the Dr. Pagonis told me he had a bad back and I ask him not to go too far back with the dental chair, because I suffer from vertigo, He answered ...TOO BAD and made the chair go back I almost had to vomit! He didn't even want to give me "laughing gas" to calm me because I have Medicaid. I find this very discriminating and I plan to report him to United Healthcare + Medicaid.
