I have had nothing but bad experiences with Dentists since my childhood and I have acquired a phobia for them. My blood pressure goes up, psalms sweat, breathing is labored...its really almost embarrassing to be up in age and still have this dread. The worst fear in my life has been to visit the Dentist until I was introduced to Dr. Jessen. He has become my "go to" Dentist for all my dental needs. He is caring, kind, thorough, professional, explains the procedure (even if you don't want him to...smile). He and his staff are friendly and make you feel at ease during your visit. My phobia has not completely disappeared but it's something that doesn't bring me as much anxiety since being treated by Dr. Jessen. I highly recommend Dr. Peter Jessen for all your dental needs.

Dr. Jessen is an excellent dentist, absolutely painless, extremely competent. He is not only an excellent professional but he is kind, caring, and a person of integrity. I've been going to him for 30 years and he's exceptional. I would highly recommend him.

Due to having been a patient for so long, I am very familiar with the Doctor and his staff. They are wonderful and extremely accomodating. When I have had an emergency, they always get me in. If there was a situation the Dr felt would be better handled by someone else, I was referred to another with specialty training for the issue. Wonderful and would and have strongly recommended over and over again. I have also been happily surprised when friends were also patients. People know this guy and his staff and they are wonderful.

About Hygienist: Not happy with hygeniest, tend to be very rough when scraping teeth, unlike other dental hygienist I've gone to.

I came into Dr. Jessen's care after a very bad experience with a dentist who was a good talker but incompetent. I have had quite a few treatments in Dr. Jessen's office, including bridges, a partial denture and occlusal guard or bite guard to wear while sleeping. Dr. Jessen and his staff are always very concerned about my comfort and never fail to check for understanding when they outline a treatment plan. Dr. Jessen is calm and relaxing and is excellent at explaining options and does not push more expensive treatments. I have recommeded him to many others including members of my family.

About Hygienist: The hygenist, Diane, is a very thorough person and very kind. She does a great job and never forgets to use the shield when giving x-rays.

Dr Jessen has been my dentist since before my marriage and has serviced my self and my family forever. We have had root canals, caps. We don't have dentures becasue the dentist would rather have us care for and keep our teeth as long as possible.

About Hygienist: Diane has been with Dr Jessen as long as I have been going there. That in itself says an awful lot about the dentist. My daughter has perfect teeth with only one filling because of the care provided by Diane.

I also had an unsuccessful experience with this dentist. I had 2 problems within a month with his work, and he would not stand behind it. Told me not to come back

Dr. Jessen is what I would call a "no nonsense" dentist. He only gives the dental care that you need, and he has never tried to persuade me to do otherwise. He always refer you to a "specialist" when needed. He and his staff always make you feel comfortable. His billing is always correct, insurance is filed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him to nervous patients. When there is a emergency, he will work you into his busy schedule. That is a plus right there!

About Hygienist: She is very professional and by her asking me questions about my health she saved my life. I totally forgot about my recent bi-lateral knee replacements. Very gentile when cleaning the teeth!

This dentist has been my dentist for years~he is a wonderful denist~very kind and gentle man~He has always treated me with kindness and compassion~My husband had to have major work on his teeth in the past year ~he is extremely afraid of most dentists~Dr.Jessen makes you feel comfortable and confident~He has worked with me in the past when I couldn't afford dental treatment~he has let me make payments ~I used to be afraid of dentists when I was younger ~Dr.Jessen taught me how to take care of my teeth, he recommended a good oral surgeon when I need my impacted wisdome teeth taken out, He put a crown in my mouth and made it as comfortable for me as possible~I have trusted him with my teeth for the past 13 years~he is a wonderful dentist~
