Dr Michael Kirke who used to own Prestige Dental, which is now closed is now working at New Image Dentistry 129th Maple Omaha Ne. He owes me 874.80 from a overpayment of insurance and self payment to receive discount. He said he would pay back refund when he sold office equipment of failed business. Filed complaint with BBB he also told them he would pay me back. Never did and after several attempts from BBB he canceled any contact information available.

Dr. Kirke has always been fairly professional, but his billing practices are very unethical.

Had a tooth pulled and was not gentle or patient during the procedure. Seemed to be blaming me, the paient, for his difficulty removing the tooth. Also recommended the most expensive treatment and was not pleased when I chose the least expensive. We will not go back to this dentist.

Several years ago this dentist tried to pull my tooth and it ended up in my sinus cavity. I then had to drive myself to the oral surgeon to have it removed. Also, while he was attempting to pull the tooth he broke the tooth in front and behind the tooth he was attempting to pull !!!

A few years ago, Dr. Kirke tried to pull a tooth of mine. He broke the tooth in front of it and broke the tooth behind it. The tooth he was trying to pull ended up in my sinus cavity and I had to drive to an oral surgeon biting on a piece of gauze. Since then I have had to have root canals and crowns on the teeth he broke.

I have been seeing Dr. Kirke now for many years. I used to have to take Valium for dental visits. I am so relaxed in Dr. Kirke's office that it is no longer needed. The entire staff is great, professional, friendly, and remembers you. They even ask about my family after not having seen me for 6 months to a year.

I would not recommend this dentist. His front office staff are rude and condescending. They have made several inappropriate comments to me. The work done on my teeth by this dentist is mediocre at best and the latest work will have to be re-done I am sure. His chair-side manners are poor. When I have had questions about treatment, he has responded in an uncaring, judgemental, and sarcastic manner that was offensive. I am now self-conscious about the work he has done on my teeth and am seeking dentistry elsewhere.

Dr. Kirke is extremely expensive, and was not willing to work at all with my insurance. Other than that, he does good work, but I can no longer go to him because of the cost.

I have only been here for cleanings and had a positivie experience. Very comfortable, modern office. Dr. Kirke and his staff are friendly and informative. They seemed very knowledgeable when I asked questions.

I had six caps redone on my front teeth that were 33 years old. The proceduce wasn't something you want to have done but Dr. Kirke and his staff made it as painless as possible. I am allergic to epinephrine and also have anxiety attacks and Dr. Kirke was able to accommadate me and make me feel comfortable. I would reccommend him to anyone.
