reception is almost to nice but she is a little older. must admit I was met with a little sarcasm from the doc when asked a few questions and almost felt as though he didn't want my business. maybe its the way I dress. Its been over three months now since having work done and seems ok but I've had better. Major strength was no pain.

Dr. Kleppinger was very patient with me and explained the possible procedures with one problem tooth in get detail (which I wanted). There was a possibility of needing a root canal but when he removed the filling and got to the nerve felt like there was a possibility of just appling medicine and putting a new composite filling in. This is what he did and for 13 days now I seem to be fine, let's hope it stays that way.

I decided on Dr. Kleppinger for the close location which is now 156th and Q St. I went in to have my teeth cleaned and needed to have some cavities filled. Dr. Kleppinger and his staff were the most pleasant professionals in this field I have ever met. The office was new,very clean and comfortable. Dr. Kleppinger took the time to get to know me before he started to drill away and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed to be at the dentist. He also took the time to explain everything to me. I felt like I was in dental school and left with a lot more knowledege about my teeth than I knew before. I appreciated this because this was the first dentist to explain my teeth to me. He was really great about explaining the procedures and different options. This is the first dentist where pain has been to a minimum. The hygienist was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The two worked very well together. The billing was normal compared to all dentists and they understood my insurance plan by the first day and had been able to explain it to me. I have been to some other dentists in omaha, but I rate Dr. Kleppinger and the staff among the highest.
