I met Dr Nielsen in January 2016 after two good friends whole heartedly recommended him. Both friends and their families have been long time patients. Both stated they were very satisfied with Dr. Jeffery Nielsen's quality of work, professionalism and associated cost.
I agree! I prefer not list the procedures performed by Dr Nielsen, but in my opinion he is competent, confident, and non-judgemental. A very good dentist.

Dr. Nielsen has been my dentist for over 13 years. He has seen my four children and now my husband goes to him. We are very satisfied with the services we have received over the years.

My family started going to Dr. Nielsen when we first moved to Omaha. I was very set on finding a dentist that my children would not be afraid of and one that was gentle. My boys are now 31 and 23 and both of them still enjoy going to the dentist. If he tells you that something needs to be done you can trust that it does. I have had to have one root canal and it was virtually painless. He did the deep gum cleaning on me about 20 years ago and I have not had any further problems. He has a great staff, great hygienist and makes taking good care of your teeth painless and simple. I can not recommend him enough. I am not connected to Dr. Nielsen or any of his staff in any way except through my family's dental care. We now live in Plattsmouth and still go to him. Wouldn't have it any other way.

Over the course of the years he was my dentist, Dr. Nielsen filled countless cavities. It was only until I switched dentists did I discover that he did it inadequately. ALL of the cavities had grown and spread beyond their fillings. Thus, I had my new dentist remove and re-fill 19 cavities. This took 3 sittings, up to 3 hours each. I also had a root canal done by Dr. Nielsen 5 years ago and am still having issues with it. I suspect he used a nickel-based rod without asking of my nickel allergy.
About Hygienist: A few in particular were not gentle when they flossed my teeth, ravaging my gums and leaving them bloody and painful.

Dr. Nielson has been treating me and my family for several years. He's a great guy, very personable and surrrounds himself with a very good staff. I've never been disappointed and have never considered a different dentist. I'd recommend Dr. Nielson to anyone looking for a family dentist.
