I really liked this practice until I went for a simple 20 minute filling and developed lockjaw from the needle injection which caused two months of pain and rehab. His first response to the problem was to tell me to take something like Motrin and call in two weeks. After seeing an oral surgeon and being properly treated for a jaw infection at the injection site, he refused to accept any responsibility, sending me a letter that said I was no longer his patient. As others have said, his staff is really nice and the office is modern but I can't respect a doctor that will not take ownership of their mistakes.
Also, be prepared to pay $100 if you miss an appointment.

About Hygienist: Great hygienist. However the hygienist was not the cause for the bad rating for hygiene. It was because of the infection I got as a result of the injection given by Dr Ledoux.
