Read Reviews for Dr. Allen Thomsen
Full mouth implants with bone graft from another surgeon. Dr. Thomsen was in surgery and had the implants done according to what he thought best. It was a two year procedure but with the expertise of Dr. Thomsen my mouth took a new form after years of abuse by other dentist . I would recommend him completely and would not consider using another dentist. He is a perfectionist and the work he did on me proves it. I still go to him for check ups. He kept pain under control, office is state of the art, and the staff is great. He is great dentist and man that made my procedure a very good experience.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Thomsen. I went in to have an upper tooth looked at and I walked out with over $5k of work that "needed" to be done, starting with a root canal and crown on a tooth that wasn't even bothering me. THomsen convinced me the tooth would eventually cause pain and that I needed to have the root canal before we crowned it. I had the root canal at another office. I came back to Thomsen and told him I was in extreme pain and was concerned about crowning the tooth while I was still in pain. He crowned it anyway. Several months later and much pain, I ultimately had to have the tooth pulled by an oral surgeon because apparently the tooth cracked during the root canal. Really?! I owe Thomsen $2,200 out of pocket after my annual maximum had been reached and I have to pay him, even though the tooth eventually got pulled because he botched the job. The dental community should be held to some standards. Months later, I am still in excruciating pain.

Full mouth restoration, extremely poor results. Stay away from this dentist. I put my faith and trust in him and look worse than when he started. My bite causes me extreme pain.
