I found Dr. Lapereyrolerie to be very thorough, professional and caring. She worked tirelessly on my root canal as the root to my back tooth was twisted and difficult to work with. But she kept asking me if I was okay and if I wanted to continue. She was very concerned about any latent pain I may experience.

This dentist doesn't care about her patients, she only cares about her tools. She refused to drill a hole in my crown because she was worried that she would ruin her new tools. She asked me to let my primary dentist take it out. When I told my primary dentist about what happened, he drilled the hole for me and told me that she would have to drill very slightly more before doing it and that it should't be a problem because she has the same tools that he has. She refused to drill and asked me to go back to him so he can pull the crown off. Not only she made me wait 2 hours to tell me that but she made me wait 2 months to tell me that because of the spaced appointment that she gave me.
