Read Reviews for Dr. Thomas Lapinski
I was having extreme pain associated with a tooth. I called Sussex Dental and was told by the receptionist I would have to wait 5 days for an appt. I expressed these concerns to Dr. Lapinski. He said the receptionist told him she offered me an appt. for the same day with an associate and I refused That is a total lie. The receptionist also stated she would call me if there were any cancellations. Dr. Lapinski also stated that he didn't understand why I didn't call him the next day. Since the receptionist said she would call me, I find his question not with reality of what happened. I therefore believe is covering for his receptionist. I find this even more alarming. I have discovered it is up to the receptionist whims as to time frame for emergency. They have no consistent mechanism to address emergencies.
I feel Dr. Lapinski and his staff were deceitful in addressing the matter. I have terminated all services with them as a result of this horrific experience.
About Front Desk: The receptionist will lie to cover her lack of understanding for pain and determining the time frame for emergency appointments.
