I filed a Complaint with the NJ Board of Dentistry! Dr. Lembo is a smooth talker, good bedside manner, My opinion/proof -can't do a root canal. I complained back in November '14 about tooth 13, asked him to "pull" the filling. Dr. Lembo replied, "We don't do that, it is not good dentistry". Since that time, I was back in his office over 5 times complaining about tooth 13, he finally pulled out the filling refilled it and had to go back again because of decay underneath,. Did he not clean it good?" Again, After 2 hrs of being in the chair, he did a root canal on tooth 14, insisting that was the tooth hurting me, even though nothing was on the x-ray.,while he answered private cell phone calls, he sent me on my way.A week later and $2,000 the pain started again, he then tells me I need a root canal on tooth 13. Again, 2 hrs in the chair while he was with other patients, he poked and prodded. They were going to charge me another $2000 but I said, he did a root canal on 14 which didn't need to be done. Bill reduced to $1,500. still in pain, I went to see an endodontist, who took x-rays, scanned my mouth and told/showed me there was an abscess above tooth 13 and there were metal files Dr. Lembo left in & puncture the

About Hygienist: initially, she forgot to clean inbetween my teeth, so my teeth were white with darker places where the teeth met vertically, a redo on cleaning.
