Dr. Peck was very personable, but also very professional. He quickly put me at ease and explained each procedure in terms that I was able to understand. He was able to show me pictures of what he was seeing inside my mouth and help me to understand areas of concern using high tech equipment. He did not try to sell me services I did not want or need; and he also didn't make me feel uncomfortable about aesthetic imperfections (gaps between my teeth). He seemed to care about my sensitivity to pain and was cautious to not hurt me.
During my visit, he took x-rays, did a cleaning, 4-sealants, filled 1 cavity, and took impressions for a bite guard.
The assistant was also wonderful. She explained all of the costs before I agreed to any services and she wasn't pushy about having everything done in one shot. They were able to accommodate my busy schedule by doing all of this work on a Saturday and in a single visit because that was what worked best for me. I couldn't believe how friendly and helpful they were!
The level of service I received today is extremely uncommon and I am so thankful! I was so satisfied with my visit that I will definitely be going back again. Highly recommended!
