Terrible pain for more than 30 days after extraction I went back two times for the excruciating pain. He prescribet antibiotic on the second visit. He should have done it the first time on extraction of the tooth. On the first visit he 'prepped' two other teeth to install a bridge. He installed a bridge that a monstrosity, sharp, jagged edges and one 'tooth' 1/4 higher than the other two. On the third visit he reffered me to another dentist. He has billed me for more than $3000,.00 for work he has not performed and never wqill. I am attempting to get my money back.

About Front Desk: Office manager is the worst I have ever encountered in my life. I have asked her for my money back, and she refuses. She is commiting insurance fraud for billing for services not performed.

I came to Dr Mac with an unhealthy mouth. I had seen other dentists for evaluation and had been quoted $40K to get me back to health. I chose Dr Mac because he had good reviews on 1800Dentist and his price quote was literally half what the others were quoting. The major amount of work was done years ago, & I have enjoyed a beautiful smile. Recently, some of my old roots have let go so we are now beginning replacement with implants. The first one went in without a problem and is still SOLID. Highly successful office, great staff, excellent work!

About Front Desk: Reception staff is always pleasant and good with appointment reminders. The office manager and financial advisor is very helpful. She has researched the best policies and programs to keep my bill manageable. She has been with Dr Mac from the beginning and is part of his success. Thanks!

I came to dr mc Elroy with a huge problem with my teeth hurting and was not able to eat or chew, he was kind enough to consult with me with what needed to be done. I am very happy with the results, his staff and he were most considerate and caring. I am able to eat smile, it has made a huge difference in my life thanks to him. it was a complete success

About Hygienist: Brooke wow, I was so afraid to go to the dentist, I have had deep cleaning with her she is the most caring gentle hygienist ever, because of her I continue to have regular check ups.

Dr. Gregory McElroy's service is OK. But the tooth cleaning service is very bad. The Hygienist did not work in the professional manner. Spent much less time to clean the tooth but added more additional unnecessary treatments to charge more. The total tooth-clean time plus additional procedure is just about 10 minutes. When we complained about that, the office staff was so rude. We had a very bad experience with this office and felt so disappointed about the service.
