When it comes to dental care, I feel like a 5 year old. Having had several bad experiences, I had finally decided that I couldn’t endure going to the dentist.
Motivated by several teeth needing, a friend told me that her dentist, Dr. Bobby Carmen, is an amazing dentist in Norman. I was PETRIFIED! Scheduling an appointment was the hardest thing I have done in a long time. But when I did, it was a night and day difference. From the initial phone call to Dr. Carmen's office I was treated so nicely. The staff were all warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable despite my nervousness. They guided me through everything that I needed to know and what would be done. They helped me individualize a plan for getting my dental work done, working with my dental phobia and fears from my past experience, and utilizing sedation options tailored to my unique needs. I knew from the moment that I met Dr. Carmen that he is an exceptional dentist, and equally important - a caring and very nice person. He was approachable and addressed my questions and concerns seriously without condescension. He creates a positive patient rapport with a calming presence that make you feel at ease. He truly is the best for my family!
About Hygienist: Dr. Carmen's hygienist, Eva, is amazing. She is so very caring and kind and makes suggestions to keep your gums and teeth healthy.
