The doctor himself is wonderful, knowledgeable, reassuring, technically proficient, pleasant, soft spoken. My two gum surgeries have been successful.
He and his fellow doctors, however, need to get a handle on their office staff. There are billing problems (the woman who takes your money and bills insurance is possibly one of the nastiest people I have ever met in a health care environment - she has made me cry twice!), rude and dismissive desk staff (they never acknowledge you when you walk in - you have to say hello to them), problems with being seen on time (for those of us that work, this is a real problem) and just a generally unpleasant feeling when dealing with anyone there other than the doctor himself.
If he weren't such a good practitioner, I would never go to this office.
