3crown (1with root canal). 2 had to be redone the root canal twice had to be redone. Then it took 4Xrays to determine it had to go due to infection!!! They are 2 expensive and they take too many xrays
About Front Desk: Incompetent they rescheduled a cleaning too soon and I had to pay out of pocket when the insurance would have covered it
About Hygienist: Excellent but don't use them just for this

I was amazingly disappointed. As a new patient, they wanted to give me a complete evaluation -- and I said fine, but what I want and *need* are my the small chips fixed on my two front teeth. It was my sole purpose for seeing a dentist. I got there with filled out paperwork in hand, but still had to wait quite a while....and that was even ok, since we all know these places have some wait time. I got fully evaluated, then Dr. Harris said I could go. I said, wait...the *only* reason I'm here it to get my two front teeth chips repaired. She said no one told her about it, but agreed to go ahead and perform the service since I explained it was my only reason for making an appointment. Dr. Harris proceeded to put the wrong color composite *ALL OVER MY FRONT TEETH*...not even quite like veneer, in streaks where she pushed it around with the iron hook. I was surprised to *feel* and see her obviously putting composite in the center of each tooth, when the chips were 2mm x 4mm on the bottom of each tooth....but I figured she knew what she was doing. great atmosphere, located in a great area of natomas. went there to save my tooth but it had be extracted, it was way more pricey than promenade dentl down the street. since i am already there

Natomas Crossing Dental Care was the worst experience of a Dental office I've ever had! Dr Harris is their for one reason only and that is how much money can she squeeze out of the patients and she's extremely rude and unfriendly to boot! This is not an atmosphere where you would feel at ease having any procedure done! It's all money talk to this staff! Dental patients needs are of little importance in this office!

Dr Sheila Harris and her staff (front office and dental assistants) have been the perfect match for our dental needs. Not only does Dr. Harris do excellent dentistry with state of the art equipment, but she is also the perfect dentist for those that have fear of having dental work done.
She and Tonya (her office manager) have been amazing at coordinating my wife's dental care...with me...because my wife (like many people) cannot even talk about dental work. Dr Harris and her staff were gentle, caring, AND did excellent dental work on each visit.
And, something very special is that you can reach her anytime on her personal cell phone should you have questions or emergency needs! Whether you are dental-phobic, or just need and excellent dentist, Dr. Harris and her staff is wonderful.
