In fairness, I have not been to this dentist for a number of years, and there is a reason why. YUCK! While the dentist is a nice guy and seems knowledgable, he fancies himself a bit of an artist - the type that digs in trash, glues a bunch of ugly crap together, and then plasters it all over his walls where it becomes caked with dust and filth and lends a completely unprofessional atmosphere to what should be a fairly sterile environment. I was revolted. I was suspicious that if his office looked this filthy (and tastelessly decorated), how bacteria-free could his equipment be that he wants to stick into my mouth? Does he even have an autoclave? After having a little work done (cleaning and exposed root sealants), I just could not bring myself to go back. Again, in fairness, this was a number of years ago. Maybe he has cleaned up his act. Also, in fairness, I have not had any problems with the work he has done and have not died of a staph infection as I feared I might.
