He came to my rescue last year when one of my teeth chipped 4 days before my son's wedding. Since then His staff has cleaned my teeth. And just recently he did 2 crowns and a filling. Very professional.

30 years w/ Dr Marshall - mainly fillings and teeth cleaning. Some crown work, 2 veneers. His attention to detail and his work are second-to-none. Office help works with insurance company. A bit higher than some but worth every penny. His work is his art.

Dr. Marshall is a highly skilled dentist with a down to earth sense of humor. He has always been up front with me, thoroughly covering necessary proceedures. His earthy humor makes me feel more at ease during proceedures, helping to distract me and lessen anxiety.
While some may think this is non-professional, I think it is a refreshing way to do business. One who can't find humor in the dentist's chair, should re-examine one's outlook on life. I have never felt uncomfortable with Dr. Marshall's approach and his ability as a very professional dentist. I have already reccommended him to others and will continue to do so. His office staff is wonderfully helpful with insurance matters, over all costs of proceedures and work diligently to meet my needs.
About Hygienist: My hygenist is always through, but gentle, and has a wonderful demeanor and attitude. She has a great sense of humor and often banters a bit with Dr. Marshall, as do others on staff,indicating that they truly enjoy working for him. (this guy must be wonderful to work for).

Dr. Marshall made childish, racist and sexist jokes and comments in front of me. He also treated me like a 5 year old, trying to "make me laugh" (presumably) by sticking his pen camera up my nostril and putting the image on the overhead screen for everyone to see. He called me by my last name. He overestimated what "needed" to be done, making it seem like the recommendations he was making were for health, when actually they were only for cosmetic reasons (replacing perfectly good silver fillings with tooth-colored, for example).

Dr. Marshall is simply the best! Great service and great staff. Not cheap but I wouldn't want cheap with a dentist. I want the best. That is the Aesthetic Dental Center in Concord, NH.
