I saw Dr. Shah last week for root canal therapy, which went very well. She asked relevant questions and explained everything clearly.
She seemed to genuinely care about my comfort, as she took the time to make sure that my mouth was properly numbed (and injected additional anesthetic where needed) beforehand. She continually confirmed that I was comfortable throughout the procedure, as did the dental assistant.
An infection was causing me tremendous pain. Following the root canal therapy, my formerly swollen gums have returned to normal and I've been pain-free.
The facility is state-of-the-art, with digital radiography (instead of film-based X-rays) and plastic covers to keep the chair clean. The office staff members were courteous and helpful, including when I hit a scheduling snag.
The fees are in line with what others (including those with less training and/or inferior setups) charge, and while I don't have dental insurance, my discount plan brought down the cost significantly.
I'm highly satisfied and recommend Dr. Shah to anyone in need of endodontic services.
