Extraction with bone graft.
Sloppy job has to go to oral surgeon to fix.
Never go there again.

Dr. Chen and his staff are wonderful. They are always very friendly, open, and knowledgeable. They aren't too busy trying to upsell you to take the time to carefully explain what they are doing, what could go wrong, what each thing costs, they even go over your insurance coverage with you.
I had several fillings, a root canal, and a crown done by Dr. Chen. Every time I went I was more calm than usual and comfortable even under the scary tools in the dreaded chair. Great doctor. Check him out on Yelp too!
About Hygienist: Dr. Chen does most of the hygenic work himself.
