Dr. Kay-ron Wade was a referral from some family members, so that was a plus. She was a professional and compassionate person. She made me feel very comfortable and clearly explained the procedures that I would undergo. The office staff was also very caring, which caused me to relax on my visits there. I liked the fact that I knew exactly what service I was receiving and details of each process. I highly recommend Dr. Wade to anyone who is seeking quality dental care , and plan to continue seeing her for any future needs that I may incur.
About Front Desk: The Front Desk Staff for very courteous and displayed excellent customer service skills. The entire office staff was helpful in any way needed and made my visits quite pleasant.

There was great pain.
The wrong tooth was treated and ruined.
2 teeth were ruined/fractured after a filing was done repeatedly.
As a result a root canal was needed but was done improperly.

I needed a significant amount of dental work and began the process about 8 months ago. Dr. Ka-ron Wade was recommended by family members. because they new the anxiety I experienced when discussing dentist and dental procedures.
All the the things they told me about the office, the staff and Dr. Wade were true.
1. Modern office, digital, spa like waiting room.
2. Proficient staff, kind, courteous, considerate accomodating. Really comforting to find professionalism and compassion in the same office and personnel.
3. Dr. Wade has a relaxing, therapeutic calm. She is self-assured and confident. and professional at every level.
I have had two root canals and bridge placement thus far and will return for additonal work. Her services are fairly priced and the fact she will accept insurance payments is a plus.
I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so.
