Requests unnecessary out-of-pocket procedures and the finance guru in the office will not let you opt of of them with phrases like "in his experience". Always get a second opinion from this office. I'm so happy that I spent an couple of days of discomfort. Quoted price after Insurance costs of 1800 for 2 wisdom teeth and 1 molar extractions. Went to a different office 280 dollars for all three with my insurance (Aetna PPO). The other DDS couldn't believe that i required bone grafting for my wisdoms. The biggest charge was for general anesthesia which my Aetna Medical covers. They requests patients to pay first then reimburse the patients after Aetna pays them. This could even be industry norm, but it certainly wasn't at the other offices I visited.
