Dr. Graff is so great. Friendly and professional. Staff is also great. They provided the best dental work I have ever had and made sure I was comfortable. This is the only dental office I recommend. Very fair prices and the best dental plan for your needs.
About Front Desk: Very down to earth staff. Very friendly and professional. They all treat you like a VIP.

Dr. Graff and the girls at Heartland Dentistry are wonderful! I've always been terrified of going to the dentist, but they make it comfortable and painless. I have recommended Dr. Graff to a few people and they have all experienced the same compassionate care that I have. Highly recommend Dr. Graff and his staff!

Dr. Graff, DDS, has a very good chair side manner, however his work is not. Had a crown,it does not feel or fit correctly, his solution is to go to a specialist and have it checked. My teeth met and I was able to chew before the procedure but not now. Was told the specialist may need to correct my bite which would mean filing down other teeth to meet the crown, which would mean additional costs to fix something that should have been done correctly the first time.I need to have other work done but at this point, I am afraid it will also need a specialist when or if it fails too. Dr. Graff is very nice but I would not recommend him for any extensive procedures, except maybe a check-up or cleaning. And to top it off, when I went in to have him check the crown for not fitting, he billed my insurance company for that too

Dr Graff is an awesome dentist. Goes over treatment plan completely. During treatment he is always asking if you are ok. I had a top denture done, teeth removed, no problems after procedure was done. Treatment a complete success. Cost was reasonable. I would totally recommend to others.

I have a huge fear of dental care and have avoided it until it was no longer a choice!!
My family all goes to Dr. Graff. He and his staff go out of their way to make you feel at ease, reassure and never judge a persons lack of prior dental care! Dr. Graff makes sure procedures are as painless as is possible!
I am no longer afraid to get dental care and am in process of getting much needed work completed!

About Hygienist: I have not had cleaning procedures as yet. But again, both front and back office staff are kind and great to deal with!
