About Front Desk: Due to the lack of education and or motivation of his billing staff I will have to go else where. The billing staff has been very clear that they prefer cash and do not want to bill insurance. When needed to in my situation repeated mistakes where submited with a final decision by them NOT the insurance was that I was not covered and would need to self pay.
