I have been with Dr. Shan for several years. Overall experience is very satisfactory. Dr. Shan is very caring and considerate. She explains the dental terms thoroughly, provides options and let myself make the decision. Their place is clean, neat easy to access. The facilities are new and advanced. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The customer service is great. Dr. Shan and her associates did a great job to help me relax. Generally I feel relaxed when I visit her office. I have a tooth crowned at her office and overall it is successful. The tooth next to the crown was filed a little bit too much in order to let the crown fit in. The crown was originally fitted very well for the slot. I can feel the difference between the crowned tooth and other teeth but I guess it is normal. I also did several tooth cleanings at her office and was satisfied. The biggest advantage of Dr. Shan to me is that she speaks Mandarin and it is very easy to communicate sophisticated dental terms.
