We were EXTREMELY satisfied with both the final result of our son's braces experience as well as our dealings with Dr. Perce and his wonderful staff.
Every single appointment was on time & there was never a wait. Dr. Perce explained the cost, strategy & time-frame for having my son wear his braces and he was actually done almost 3 months earlier than expected. All cases vary between different children's conditions, but we were kept up to date on the progress every step of the way.
The staff is always very friendly & helpful with any questions or scheduling conflicts we had. There were not any "hidden costs" & everything went very smoothly.
My son loved the "Care Package" that the staff gave him the day he got his braces off, containing gum, popcorn, caramel chews, all the stuff that he has missed over the past 21 months!
The convenience of having their office 10 min. from our home, especially when we had to go for a quick 15 minute checkup & I knew we would always have continuity with Dr. Perce personally checking on my son's current condition.
I am looking forward to working with Dr. Perce next spring when my younger son will have braces put on. He recommended my son wait 6 months so the process would not take so long.
About Front Desk: Very friendly, helpful and informative. Every appointment was on time, which is helpful so the kids do not miss as much school. Appointments are scheduled as best as possible taking into consideration the kids school schedules.

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience it has been coming to Dr. Perce as a dental patient. From my first visit, at his Baymeadow Meadow’s office to the preceding visit at his Fruit Cove office everything has been awesome. Every person that I have come in contact with (scheduling, bookkeeping, dental assistants and yourself) have been friendly, helpful and professional. It is obvious that their main concern is my dental health.
I am amazed at the office set-up. It continues with a very welcoming atmosphere paired with top-notch technology. I truly wish this type of care had been around when my children went through their orthodontic care. As I observe the interaction with the adolescent patient it is obvious that they feel comfortable and a part of the process. I am a middle school teacher and I know the importance of having the children involved, informed, and responsible for their care and you provide all of this at your office.
Without hesitation I would recommend Dr. Perce and his office to anyone needing orthodontic care. I am positive that Dr. Perce will be seeing all of my grandchildren.

Dr. Perce and his staff have been excellent! My daughter has required a lot of specialized orthodontics at a young age and I couldn't have picked a better orthodontist. Dr. Perce has been so great about working with her other specialists to insure she receives the proper care.
We always look forward to our visits to his office, everyone there is top-notch, giving wonderful, personalized care to each patient!

Both of my children have seen Dr. Perce for their braces. I would highly recommend Dr. Perce if you're looking for an orthodontist in Jacksonville, and he even has 3 locations to accommodate where you live. My children say he is very gentle, and the office in fruit cove is very modern. You can tell he stays on top of technology. Highly recommend!
