I have been a patient of Dr. Burch’s for a number of years now. To put it plainly, “He Saved My Teeth. “ I thought for sure I was going to lose all my teeth. Luckily, I was a candidate for laser surgery. The procedure was relatively pain free. I especially liked the sedation portion of my treatment. I am very nervous when I see the dentist. Dr. Burch was awesome. I highly recommend Periodontics of Rockford.

I have been a patient for 9 years with Dr. Burch. I have had every dental problem under the sun before I met Dr. Burch. Before I met Dr. Burch, it seemed like nobody could fix my issues. I had lost teeth, I had many root canals that didnt work. Crowns that had issues that were less than 5 years old. I didn't like my smile. I was very embarrassed of my smile before I worked with Dr.Burch. In a few visits, Dr. Burch and my general dentist saved my remaining teeth and replace my missing teeth with dental implants. The sedation part helped me make it through the procedures comfortably. I am so glad I met Dr. Burch. I tell everyone I know my experiences. Highly, Highly recommended!!!!!

Got to love Dr. Burch! My implants were placed when I was 16. I am now 25, and recently came in for a check up on my implants, and they are still doing great! The implants have replaced two of my front teeth, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Periodontics of Rockford for helping me develop a smile that I love to show off! I highly recommend their friendly office to any of my family and friends.

2nd opinion on my implants - my 2 front teeth, which for appearance purposes they are the most noticeable and important teeth in my opinion.

Dr. Burch did crown lenghtening in me and I love the way my smile looks. Have had nothing but great compliments about it. He took his time and was very percise about every move he made. Until this day Dr. Burch will make sure I am satisfied with what he did and I truly am never have been more happy with the outcome!.

After many bad dental experiences in my past, I was extremely nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out. However, with Dr. Burch's wonderful bedside manner and being completely in tune with my needs, the process was easy and painless. From beginning to end I felt very reassured! I will definitely use Dr. Burch again and highly recommend him!
