HORRIBLE Customer Service. In order to take your X-Rays from this office, you have to pay $15.00 and wait 48 hours in order for them to "process" the request and they will mail them to you. They cannot email to another dentist office and you can't come in to pick up unless you wait the 48 hours. The majority of dentist offices do NOT charge for this service and can email out within a couple hours. I was told by the oh so friendly Joan that "this shouldn't be a surprise to you as it's in the small print when you sign the new patient paperwork." Really??? When I told my new dentist office that I had to cancel my appointment and wait for snail mail in order to bring my X-Ray's in with me, their only reply was "Wow." I knew there was a reason why I wanted a second opinion (gut feeling plus the fact that they wanted to charge me $2,000+ for my procedure) and this confirmed it loud and clear. I wouldn't go back to this office if this was the last dentist on the planet.

I am still a new patient but I am very pleased with Dr. Cooney. I had a root canal and a crown done. I was scared of the root canal but he made me very comfortable but explaining everything and talking toe throughout. Erin his assistant is very nice and friendly as well! I had no problem with pain after the procedures. Well the cost is about average for any dental insurance, I have no complaints there either! I would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I made a appointment to have my sons teeth cleaned 2 weeks ago. Today we arrived for the appointment and they refused to see him as they said he missed a appoint over a year ago witch I do not recall. Completely unprofessional and rude and will be sending them a bill for my wasted time. Stay away from this guy....

checkups, some cavity remediation, several crowns....
Dr. Cooney decided he no longer trusts me and will not have me for a patient.
