Dr. Nguyen took over my braces treatment midway through because he was the new doctor in the office. I had felt really comfortable going there before because the office is clean and the assistants and old doctor were always really nice and knew what they were doing. He changed all my front braces (I don't know why) and now my front teeth look a lot worse and not even (I don't know how to describe it, but even my friends noticed). My 2 front teeth aren't straight anymore and there is a big gap between them that keeps coming back. He is always trying to be friendly and make jokes, but I came here for straight teeth and all he's done is make them worse. He seems really nice and friendly, but I just feel like he doesn't know what he's doing. I heard another patient in the waiting room talk about the same thing so I know I'm not alone. I think I should get my money back or find someone else.
About Front Desk: The front desk is nice and the assistants are always really cool. Sometimes the wait is not good.
