This is 2nd time Iv'e been to this "Dentist' It was a dark unprofessional feel to the place.She had only one chair to work out of. The first time I went for a root canal therapy.She advertises that she does them, but said She would not touch it, and referred me. Time #2, I went to have an extraction, they say in their ad ,that they do extractions, BUT when she looked at it , she said she wouldn't touch it either, (I was a difficult one!) Then she gave me a medicine that cannot be taken with my blood thinners!!. A good DR,. should have known that! since, It would have caused internal bleeding!! I was referred, again, given a antibiotic, and a strong extra strength Oxycodone prescription In MY OPINION, SINCE SHE ALMOST GAVE ME A DRUG THAT WOULD HAVE INTERACTED WITH MY BLOOD THINNERS, AND REFERRED ME TWICE SAYING I CAN"T DO IT, CAN SHE DO ANY DENTAL WORK AT ALL? If I took the NASD she was going to give me, while taking "COUMADIN' it WOULD HAVE CAUSED INTERNAL BLEEDING!! Stay away from this Dentist! Dr. Saleem is not as knowledgeable about Dentistry as you think!! -BAD Experience.
About Front Desk: Average, Somewhat annoyed with my comment, that pointed out the mistake in the prescription that would have severely reacted to my MEDS I was already taking. And, I gave them a full run down on what I took.My Medical Dr.even called up.

She and her staff made you feel comfortable and confident you were in good, competent hands! She reasonably adjusted her fees according to a standard that was based on compassionate caring and kind evaluation. Overall, I have never had a better dental "experience" and I am 72 and a bit contankerous!

I needed the earliest appointment I could get due to the pain I was having. They booked me on the next business day they were open. Harmony was very friendly and did everything she could to make me comfortable and lighten the anxiety of going to the dentist. Dr. Saleem was very friendly and knowledgable and recommended me getting my wisdom teeth out which I will eventually have to have done. I was so satisfied I scheduled an appointment to have a cleaning in a couple weeks. Thank you very much!

I've been to Dr. Saleem's practice several time at this point. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating, they were able to reschedule me several time due to timing conflicts I had. Dr. Saleem herself was very kind and thorough. I have had dental anxiety in the past, but Dr. Saleem was patient with me and walked me through the treatment. I highly recommend her!

I have no idea what the one star review is all about. Dr. Saleem was nothing but gentle and made sure that I was comfortable at all times.

Dr. Azra Saleem kept going with procedure [taking impression]despite my gagging, pushing her had away; she kept pushing me back and pressing harder on impression to keep it from moving. I eventually had to take the impression tray out myself so that I could sit up straight to avoid vomiting and possibly aspirating. I reviewed with Dr. Saleem she needed to treat the patient not continue with the procedure. Dr. Saleem stated, "We needed to keep the tray in a little longer. I can not help it if you are nervous". Dr. Saleem was condescending and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if she would listen to me in the future [I was supposed to have 2 cavities filled that day] that if I am gagging and pushing her hand away that she allow me to sit up. Please note I have had several root canals, crowns, bridges in past with other dentists without incident. I have never had dental anxiety in past until this incident. Dr. Saleem seems to have no consideration for the patient as evidenced by her actions and therefore, I would not trust her to put the needs of the patient first versus completing a procedure. Dr. Saleem took no accountability for her actions and placed blame on myself versus considering her responsibility to cause no harm.
About Front Desk: Front Desk Staff very courteous and knowledgeable. Told by Harmony, office member, that she often "has to explain procedures to patients as Dr. Saleem has a language barrier".
