Dr. Bennett is awesome! She explained everything in detail and was very gentle. I had a couple of fillings done and a cleaning. I was happy she could do my fillings the same day I came in.

My granddaughters (9 and 7) went for check ups, cleanings, and had fluoride treatments. They were very interested in their x-rays and had an enjoyable, informative interaction with Dr. Bennett.

About Front Desk: Beth was very helpful on the phone when I was scheduling the initial appointment. She was obviously busy on the phone when we arrived, but took the time to welcome us and assist with paperwork.

About Hygienist: The hygienist had both girls relaxed, laughing, and really paying attention to her instructions on what they should pay more attention to (brushing backs of teeth, using timer). She was good!

I have been going to Towne Centre Dental Care since 2005. They recently changed their office hours without notice. They also switched to a new dentist with no notification to anyone. They called less than 48 hours before my scheduled appointment to change it to fit the new schedule. After waiting 2 weeks for my rescheduled appointment to arrive, I get a phone call TWO HOURS before my appointment saying they need to reschedule it again. The customer service is now HORRIBLE and I will NOT be returning to this establishment.

About Hygienist: The entire 8 years that I have gone here, Carrie has always been my hygienist. She is wonderful (if she is still there)- the one positive of this place.
