i cant put it in words my fear of going to a dentist. i needed work to be done but i kept putting it off, 6months ago i decided to visit dr rallis' office. xrays were taken, pictures were taken and i was freaking out. dr rallis explained the work that needed to be done and gave me a break down of the cost. but, because of my fear, 6months later and i never went back to get the work done. until i was in so much pain i couldnt wait any longer. i went as far as asking to be put out. unfortunately i ran out of time, i was leaving for summer vacation in less than a week! dr rallis sat down with me and basically talked me into sitting in the chair with my headphones on and eyes closed. before i realized what was going on my tooth was out and i was done!!!! my experience was amazing!!! i couldnt believe it!!!
About Front Desk: ***** from the first time you call this office you feel comfortable. Vera is a sweet,and friendly young lady. she always has a smile on her face and makes you feel welcomed. my overall experience in this office was great!
About Hygienist: ***** she explained everything from the beginning to the end. she took her time and was very gentle.
