Santelli Orthodontics specializes in orthodontic treatment for children, teenagers and adults. We offer metal braces, clear (ceramic) braces, Damon self-ligating braces, Invisalign and Invisalign Teen. Our state-of-the-art office uses the most advanced technology (digital radiography) and utilizes the latest and most advanced orthodontic techniques to provide our patients with exceptional treatment results. Our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality care in a warm, clean and professional environment. We offer complimentary consultations. All insurances are accepted and we provide 0% interest in-office financing and low monthly payments. Dr. Brad Santelli has been practicing in South Florida since 2006. Dr. Santelli is a member of numerous dental associations including the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, Florida Dental Society, World Federation of Orthodontists and Frank Spears Study Club. I always recommend Dr Santelli to all of my friends whose kids need braces! The office is clean, prompt, easy to work with, and Dr S has a quiet, gentle demeanor. I love the point system to earn rewards!! We shopped around for orthodontists and found that Santelli Orthodontics was professional, efficient and affordable. I completely understand why he has one of the biggest practices in the area!

Best orthodontist ever. My experience at Santelli Orthodontics was absolutely amazing. I couldn't be happier with my new smile thanks to Dr. Santelli and his fantastic team. If you are searching for the best orthodontist in Boca Raton or Wellington, FL Santelli Orthodontics should be your only choice.
We are so pleased that we have found Dr. Santelli. My daughter had an over crowded mouth and needed a lot of work. We had searched the area and interviewed other orthodontists but were not satisfied with the treatment plans that they suggested. We then found Dr. Santelli and from the moment of our interview with him, we knew he was the orthodontist for our daughter. He was very helpful and we knew he was up to date on the latest treatment. He made us feel like a person and not a number, he was very friendly and comforting. The office staff is also very comforting. Dr. Santelli started with an expander and then a full set of braces . Our daughter feels at ease when she is getting her treatment and she loves going to see Dr. Santelli who always makes her feel special. We are so pleased with the work he has done on our daughter and we couldn't have asked for a better, more knowledgeable, orthodontist than Dr. Santelli. We recommend Dr. Santelli to all our friends and a few have also started treatment there and are very pleased, the same as we are.

When we started working with Dr. Santelli over 2 years ago, I had no idea what we were in for! My daughter's teeth needed quit a bit of attention. Her expander was not comfortable due to her "short" molars, but Santelli Orthodontics made it right by customizing an expander that was as comfortable as an expander can be! Now her braces are off and she looks even more beautiful! Thanks Dr. Santelli!! :)
