Read Reviews for Dr. Michael Landry
First off the positive: Luxurious setting, very friendly staff, state-of-the-art facility and equipment. I got a crown and they made it in the office and had it set in my mouth in less than an hour. They have something called a CAD/CAM machine that can take very accurate digital impressions of your tooth so that your crown fits pretty much instantly. You don't have to go through all that filing and biting on the blue paper over and over to get an accurate bite. My gums are sensitive to metals so I got an all-porcelain crown. According to my research the price was reasonable. - I don't have room here to explain but Dr. Landry has lots of acronyms behind his name that translate to highly trained and skilled.
The down side for me is I'm not sure I want to feel like I'm paying for unnecessary luxuries like champagne and lattes. The CAD machine - totally worth it! Finances - the one thing that may, unfortunately, keep me from going to this dentist regularly is the price since they do not take any dental discount insurance plans. You can get a membership that offers various benefitsand you can get financing such as the CitiHealth Card if you qualify. Do the research for yourself re pricing but its a 5 star for the rest.
About Front Desk: Top Notch - was met with a lineup and handshakes - not sure if I liked this or not. Kind of felt like the staff lining up for a rich person - which I'm not! Might have liked a bit more casual-type friendliness. Got a gift, offer of drinks, greeting, no sign-in necessary.
