Wonderful dental experience with Dr Vaughn and the entire staff. Dr Vaughn is experienced, personable, and gives you all the time you need to answer questions and take care of all issues that might arise. She is strong on preventative care which my wife and I both appreciate. I highly recommend this dental practice, and its in a great location with free easy parking. I received a referral from another patient who really liked this office and Dr Vaughn, so my wife and i decided to try them and we are glad we did.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is always kind and warm and makes you feel right at home in the comfortable waiting room. She is very informative and i like that they usually play a movie instead of the news, it makes the atmosphere comfortable and relaxed.

About Hygienist: very thorough cleaning and also a gentle hand. very good. Uses the sealant which i like. A very good and relaxing experience.

Had 4 cavities filled. Didnt take long at all. The first apppointment i was a little worried that they would open up my.mouth and freak out and run out of the room. Lol but they stayed and didnt flinch. I was sad to hear news that was new to me which is two root canals previously done at another dental office about 4 years ago failed and show there is infection , so she recommended 2nd root canal treatment and referred me to an endodontist.

About Front Desk: This is a hard job, but she does it well. Im sorry i forgot her name but i will ask her again. Shes a very good multi tasker and detail oriented. Seems very knowlegable as far as insurances and whats covered whats not.

About Hygienist: X rays were quick and painless. LeighAnn was nice and pleasant and a great assistant works well with Dr. Vaughn

This was my first time with Dr Vaughin. I had two separate visits (initial consultation and cleaning). Dr Vaughin is very caring and provides information clearly. Cleaning was very comfortable (as comfortable as these can get). Facilities are nice and well appointed. I love the nature videos - they help me relax! Definitely recommend.

About Front Desk: Assistants work with you to help you identify insurance options and inform you of costs before any charges are made. Very friendly and supportive.

Very thorough review of my dental situation. Although I cannot afford most of what she recommended, I'll go to her when I can in pieces. She was confident and knew what she was talking about. Most dentists over the last 10 years were ho hum. I think she really cares what happens to my teeth.

About Front Desk: Adriana at the front desk was supposed to review what my insurance covered and what it did not. She was also supposed to give me a list of insurance companies the doctor takes, as I will be getting new dental coverage soon. She did neither. Doctor told me multiple times Adriana would do these things when I asked her about this and that. Doctor should figure this out soon.

I would reccomend to anyone who would want the best and most professional Dentist I have ever been to. Extremely kind patient always comes first. First class staff as well. I have already recomended you to five diferent people who have already made appointments. Any one who wants their smile back would be insane not to use this wonderful dentist as their only dentist Can not say enough good things to do her justice. Thank You for giving me my smile and life back!!!!!

I had 3 visits with Dr. Vaughn. The first was for the xrays and cleaning and the last two were for my cavity fillings. I have to say I was very pleased with every visit. Dr. Vaughn was very thorough and knowledgeable about what was happening in my mouth. She has gentle hands and it definitely helped that she smelled lovely too with her soft perfume. Dr. Vaughn made sure I was very comfortable. She put on a movie for me to watch, changed my safety glasses 3 times until one fit me properly, and administered a little extra numbing agent to my one side to make sure I didn't feel anything. Dr. Vaughn is very soft spoken and was definitely approachable with any questions I had and answered in detail. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone who needs dental work. My children ages 3, 4, and 12 also had multiple appointments with her. My 12 year old and 3 year old were great and cant wait to return. in fact, my 3 yr old has bugged me everyday since we went. My 4 year old, however, was terrified of the idea. She cried and I had to hold her, but the Dr. was more than accommodating and patient. She new all the right things to say. It was a true test to see how they react with scared kids and they passed with flying colors.

About Front Desk: Front desk was very accommodating and helpful with my schedule. They are also very friendly and full of smiles when you walk through the door. I had an issue with my insurance and the lady at the front desk was so helpful and walked me thru everything I needed to do to fix the issue and also took time to call multiple places herself. just really professional and caring. couldn't be happier.

About Hygienist: The time frame was perfect for me. It wasn't an all day process, yet was long enough that I knew things were not done half fast. My mouth felt very clean and I wasn't sore from heavy hands. I was extremely happy with my results!!

My experience in this dental office was great!! I must confess, I was afraid of dentists. But Dr Vaughn and her staff made me feel very comfortable. Even so to the point that I'm not afraid any more. The office is very nice, clean, and they even have huge flat screens to show my cavities while I'm sitting in the chair. No discomfort during the procedures and even better after my fillings were done. Unlike my previous dentist. I'm impressed!!
