I have never had such a painless, wonderful, and dare I say, comfortable dental visit. Advanced Endodontic Associate’s immaculate office, friendly staff, and top notch equipment and care made me feel at ease while Dr. Scott Hetz worked his magic.
I was the unfortunate 1% to crack my tooth Christmas week. Dr. Hetz met with me Dec. 26th (although he was off for the holiday), at the location of my choice. They have 3 locations including Rockville, DC, Chevy Chase; I chose Chevy Chase. Upon arrival, Laura at the front desk greeted me by name and with a smile. Check-in was easy and I was seated on time. Dr. Hetz confirmed my tooth was cracked but wanted me to wait a few weeks to see if my tooth/nerve would calm down and I could avoid doing a root canal. A dentist putting off treatment in the best interest of the patient? Unheard of. Kudos to you Dr. Hetz!
Unfortunately, February rolled around and my tooth was still bothering me. I returned to Dr. Hetz for my root canal appointment at the DC location this time.
Everything about this office is terrific. First, you can schedule appointments early before work. Second, check-in was easy with their electronic medical records. Third, the staff is all knowledgeable, and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Fourth, you can see everything Dr. Scott Hetz does to your mouth; from live pictures through a microscope, to x-rays and 3-D scans; all their equipment is top-of-the-line and state-of-the-art. Finally, Dr. Scott Hetz seemed to have great rapport with his assistants. That last bit is rather impressive.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Scott Hetz to anyone who needs a root canal; he is a great Endodontist who truly cares about his patients.
