Dr. Ash is South Mountains best kept secret!
It was exactly one year ago when I walked into Palm Dental, anxious and uneasy. The receptionist, Maria warmly greeted me and then proceeded to get in a hot debate with my insurance company (the insurance's fault). Not a bad first impression, my first time here and this receptionist is going to bat for me with my insurance company. Love it! When I was called back to see Dr. Ash, he was so friendly and immediately put me at ease. It was that day that I learned that my treatment plan would be quite extensive. Now most dentists would look at me with $ signs in their eyes and push unnecessary procedures on me (like my last dentist), but not Dr. Ash, in fact he did the exact opposite. He did everything to ensure I got the treatment I needed. His caring attitude is so genuine it made me want to complete my plan (how could I possibly disappoint him) 8 crowns and 11 fillings later, I am extremely satisfied with my results. Dr. Ash has truly mastered his profession and for those who get anxious when going to the dentist, have no fear, Dr. Ash is quick and precise. I trust Dr. Ash with both my children a 13 and 4 year old, both who also love going to Palm Dental.
About Front Desk: Maria is Fantastic, always friendly and very knowledgable. She helped me pick a great pediatric dentist for my daughters root canal. Maria has always been able to schedule me right away.

About Hygienist: Meredith and Abbey are my FAVORITE! I don't know how Dr. Ash did it, but he is truly blessed with the most AMAZING staff. You can't miss Meredith, she is the first hygienist to give me a cleaning that didn't feel like I was getting butchered. I love hearing her jokes as she works on my teeth. Abbey is a sweet little lamb and my son (who has an anxiety disorder) is very fond of her and she is able to immediately put him at ease.
