Dr. Mortillaro is very courteous and professional. I appreciate that he always takes time and effort to address all of my questions and concerns. My son is in such good hands that I completely trust Dr. Mortillaro’s expertise. I also appreciate Dr. Mortillaro’s remembering my first anxiety about my son’s crooked and crowded teeth. The crowding has pushed his tooth far enough such that his gum line now exposes his root. Dr. Mortillaro never forgot my initial concern. I appreciate that he reassures me frequently about my concern. He also goes so far as to always keep my updated on my son’s current progress in how his gum line has improved.

About Front Desk: Angie is very efficient and knowledgeable about billing issues. I also appreciate Angie’s patience and helpful nature explaining all questions about insurance coverage issues. Angie makes me feel so at ease that I am never afraid to ask her my question out of fear that it might be too basic a question. I appreciate the email/text notification system prior to each appointment. Very efficient for me to confirm and remind me of future appointments. Office is very clean, and beautiful.

My experience at Bay Ridge Orthodontics, Dr Mortillaro's office has been truely amazing. He does all the work himself and is extremely knowledgable with Invisalign. During my consultation he sat with me and explained to me step by step the invisalign process and showed me before and after photos. I am extremely happy with my Invisalign treatment, the results so far are amazing. Best decision I ever made was coming to Dr Mortillaro.

About Front Desk: The treatment coordinator sat with me after my consultation to go over my financial responsiblity. She was able to make my payments affordable. I love the late night hours and saturday appointments. The staff is great !!!! Highly recommend the office

Dr Tom, is absolutely the best orthodontist in brooklyn. The office is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. I am extremely happy with my daughters orthodontic treatment, Dr Tom gave my my daughter a beautiful smile, I would highly recommend his office.
