Dr. Copeland fixed two metal fillings that were cracked. I am used to being numb for hours after each procedure, but he used a machine that made only the two teeth he worked on numb, and not my tongue and lips. By the time I left I was already chewing normally again.
About Front Desk: They submitted to my insurance for all my procedures. I did have a copay and deductible on my fillings, but I was given a estimate before the procedure was scheduled so i knew what it was going to cost ahead of time.
