This review is more about Dr. Eisberg II staff rather than about him personally. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Eisberg II to get a cleaning, exam, and, x-rays based on the 100.00 promotional package they had at the time. I had to wait about 1 hr and a half to go back. Once I got back I was told that they may not have time to clean my teeth, but they could do the x-rays and the exam. I was furious because I scheduled this appointment and had to wait longer than I should have. I saw Dr. Eisberg II sitting in his office and I am not sure if he could hear what was going on, but it seemed as if he didn't care. I made it a point to be loud so he could hear and so other patients could see the type of place they were getting into. I do not recommend going to the Raleigh Office. I am not sure how the Garner Office is because they have a different dentist there.
About Front Desk: The receptionist were friendly, but very unhelpful being that they scheduled my appointment and I never got the service that was offered to me.
