I had a routine cleaning. This was my first time to this office which is newly opened just off the Hamilton Rd exit of route 161 (across from the UDF). The office was lovely and perfectly clean. There was a large screen TV above the chair so that I could watch whatever I chose on Netflix while the cleaning was done. Dr. Mininger is very friendly and put me very much at ease. I also had each of my children in for cleanings and they love him too. Two children need some more work that I will be taking them back for and he explained it all very clearly with no scare tactics. I am very confident in this dentist which I cannot say for dentists I have seen before. He was very personable and though the visit took less time than I was told to expect I did not feel like I was being rushed through. Very pleased.
About Front Desk: Before I even saw the dentist, the nice lady at the front desk had confirmed with my insurance what I would owe for my cleaning. Then on my way out with the two children that need more work she had a print out estimate of my deductible and coinsurance for me. This could not have gone any smoother.
